These 13" rainbow trout weighing about 18 ounces are probably the best tasting of any size range. Prices whole(not gutted) f.o.b. our farm: 5 for $20. Larger trout $4.50/ lb |

When gutted these trout will weigh about 15 oz. Although a bit large for pan frying. (those should be around 9-10") They are excellent for stove/grill or baking; also excellent for BBQing. 11-13" trout cleaned (gutted) 4 for $20. Larger trout cleaned (gutted) $6. per pd. |

One of these 5.5 ounce fillets is a nice serving per person and sells for about $2.75 per fillet at the farm. Min. order - 8 fillet $7.50 / pound |

If a customer desires, we will package the cut-offs from the filleting process for a nominal fee (sometimes free). These byproducts make an exceptionally good fish stock when cooked for less than 30 minutes. |
