RAINBOW TROUT FILLETS
These 10 oz. fillets are popular because of flavour, quality, colour, pricing and their small pin bones that cook up nicely. Normally these fillets are cut into 4 pieces for easy and quick cooking - besides, that is a nice convenient serving size. Our trout are fed a high quality fish meal from the N. Atlantic herring industry (no land based animal protein is used) and are raised in spring water (not creek or lake water). We guarantee that we don't use medication on our fish and that they are raised in the best of environmental conditions.
